Hi, I’m Lindsay and I am running Buggy Bootcamp in Priory Park St Neots and Hinchingbrooke Park, Huntingdon.
In 2008 I qualified as a Fitness instructor as I felt I really wanted to encourage and inspire other people to enjoy keeping fit at all levels, to feel and to see the benefits this can bring. Since then I have added to my Level 2 qualification and taught a range of classes including circuits, aerobics and kids fitness, but now I am really excited to be joining the Buggy Bootcamp team.
I have always enjoyed keeping fit in a variety of sports but mainly by cycling and running. I have competed for two local running clubs; Riverside runners and Bedford and County athletic club and two years ago I reached County standard to represent Cambridgeshire in the cross country team.
BuggyBoot camp classes really do provide a great opportunity for you to exercise with your baby and buggy. I have 3 children, now beyond primary school age and I would have loved the chance to join a Buggy Bootcamp class as they give you a great workout to improve your fitness and help you get back in shape. Furthermore they are great fun, you will feel fantastic and they are an opportunity to meet other mummies and enjoy being outdoors whatever the weather.
