Instructor Biography - Andrea

 

Having been a Fitness Professional for 14 years, I am always trying to find new ways of training and teaching my clients. I currently teach Aerobics, Step, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Indoor cycling, Body Pump and Body Balance. Having recently had my first baby, I was introduced to BuggyBootcamp and am now adding it to my repertoire.

If like me, you are a mummy looking to get your fitness back, lose your pregnancy weight and get your body back, then come and join me and like minded mummies for fun and fitness in the fresh air with your babies in their buggies.

Everyone is welcome whether you’re a complete beginner or a fitness fanatic. I am looking forward to helping you reach your goals come rain or shine!!!!!
